FAQ
Questions, answered plainly
What does Apeguard actually read?
Six on-chain facts a buyer can check before entering: the mint account (program, supply, decimals, authorities), the creator's current holding, the earliest buyer cluster, top-10 holder concentration, the socials in the token metadata, and how far the bonding curve has travelled.
Why does the mint program matter?
Every pump.fun token is a Token-2022 mint, not a classic SPL mint. Tools that assume classic SPL derive the wrong associated token accounts — which is exactly why a lot of wallet tooling shows an empty balance for a token you visibly hold.
What is graduation?
When the bonding curve fills — roughly 85 SOL of real reserves — the token migrates to a PumpSwap pool and keeps trading. Graduation is a status change, not a finish line; most launches never reach it.
Is a clean score a buy signal?
No. A clean score means the mechanical risks are absent, not that the token is good. Nothing here is financial advice.
Where do the reads come from?
From the launch record itself: the mint account (supply, decimals, authorities), the creator's position, the earliest buys, holder concentration, the metadata URI and the curve state. Everything is resolved client-side — no wallet, no account, no server.
Do you connect to my wallet?
Never. No signature, no seed phrase, no transaction. This is a read-only preview.
